📸 Services & Session Info

1. What kind of photography do you offer?

We provide professional photography for businesses, churches, families, and individuals. Services include branding sessions, corporate headshots, ministry event coverage, family portraits, engagements, senior sessions, and milestone celebrations. Studio, green screen, and LED lighting options are available upon request.

2. Do you offer studio or indoor sessions?

Yes! We offer both studio and on-location sessions. Studio sessions are typically reserved for branding, headshots, and small group portraits. Studio availability is limited and may incur additional fees.

3. Do you photograph events?

Absolutely. We offer full event coverage for church launches, ministry celebrations, conferences, speaking engagements, baby showers, birthdays, and more. See our “Love & Legacy” and “Christian Event Photography” packages for details.

👗 Preparing for Your Session

4. What should I wear to my photo session?

Wear something that makes you feel confident, comfortable, and aligned with the purpose of your session. For portraits and families, coordinated colors (not matching outfits) work great. For branding or headshots, dress in a way that reflects your industry and personal style. We’re happy to offer outfit guidance during your pre-shoot consultation.

5. Can I bring props or pets?

Yes to props — and yes to pets, with a few notes. Props that hold sentimental value or support your brand are encouraged. Pets are welcome if they are the Model or a service animal. (We don't specialize in pet photography, but we can make it work with the right prep.)

6. Can I book a makeup artist or hairstylist through you?

We don’t provide in-house hair or makeup services, but we’re happy to refer trusted professionals. Please arrive camera-ready unless you've made special arrangements in advance. Hair/makeup artists may not be accommodated on-site unless cleared ahead of time.

⏱️ Timing, Delivery & Edits

7. How early should I arrive before my session?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to ensure you're fully ready and relaxed. Sessions can be rescheduled with 24-hour notice, but all deposits are non-refundable.

8. When will I receive my photos?

You’ll receive your final images within 4–10 business days, depending on the session type and edit volume. All photos are delivered digitally via private online gallery. We do not release unedited or raw images.

9. Will I see any images during the shoot?

Yes! We often show you a sneak peek on-site to make sure we’re on track with your vision.

💳 Payments & Fees

10. How does payment work?

All sessions require a non-refundable deposit (one-third of your session rate) to hold your date. The remaining balance is due the day of the shoot and can be paid by:

  • Zelle (details provided during booking)

  • Cash (exact amount only)

11. Are there travel fees?

Yes — if your session is more than one hour from the Las Vegas Strip, a travel fee will apply. Travel is billed at 50% of your hourly session rate per 30-minute increment. (Example: if your session is $600/hour, 30 minutes of travel is $300.) - this is negotiable based on each project.

12. What if I add services or people during the shoot?

We’ll review any additions at the end of the session and update your invoice accordingly. You’ll sign off before final payment is made.

📜 Policies & Permissions

13. Do I need to sign a release?

At times we will requests, clients sign a model release and a general liability release prior to their session. These protect both parties and outline how the images may be used.

14. Do I need event insurance for a large event?

Yes. For events of significant size or budget, we require clients to carry event insurance to protect both your guests and our team.

15. Do you shoot NSFW content?

No. We do not offer NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content. Our services are focused on creating work that aligns with Christian values and is suitable for all audiences.

16. How many people are allowed in a studio shoot?

Studio shoots include up to 2 models. Each additional person is $50. If you need more space, please let us know in advance so we can make the proper arrangements.

📅 Booking & Rescheduling

17. How do I book a session?

Visit our Schedule Page to choose your service and book a discovery call. We’ll confirm your session and send your invoice with deposit info.

18. What if I need to reschedule?

You can reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Last-minute cancellations may result in the loss of your deposit.
